Pentax ME super. Bought second-hand in 1988.

I love this camera. I recently dug it out and started playing with it again. I like the wait for the prints to come back. Not everything has to be instantaneous. The most recent set of prints I had back included a random photo of someone in a tent!

My oldest machine is not a typewriter!

Treacle & Brahms, next to the machine they were made on. We didn’t have a potted palm to hand but we like this old style portrait anyway!

Treacle is the ‘spare bear’, he hasn’t been assigned an owner yet, and is sealed in a bag until his fate is decided upon. Poor bear! He has a traditional growler in his tummy.

Typewriters revolutionised the way we write; these machines also revolutionised lives. You could clothe a person in a day, rather than a week or two weeks, depending on the outfit. These chaps took about 3 days each to make, but only because I had to stop and do other things!
