Hi Martha, apologies for using your blog in lieu of e-mail but you might be interested in an upcoming event: a few of my pictures and Richard Polts’ are in a book! The UK publisher’s agent is, I think, doing a launch by way of a Type-In. I’m going along and I wondered if you would like to as well?
The details so far are:
LONDON TYPE-IN with a book tie in! A few folks in this group have contributed pictures of their typing hardware to “Typewriter” by Tony Allan. Published in the US by Shelter Harbor Press, it is getting a UK launch. More details to follow but meanwhile here are the details for your diary: 2:30 pm on Saturday Nov 28 2015 at the Jones Family Project (bar slash restaurant) in Great Eastern Street, near Old Street Tube. Pretty cool place and they have an old typewriter in the window. All welcome!
